Eight-hour homebuyer workshops are held monthly, at no cost, by Consumer Credit Counseling Services, at locations around Savannah. The workshops are designed to satisfy requirements for most downpayment assistance programs, and are open to the public. Participants will receive a certificate upon completion of the 8-hour course.
